Whilst Wintech’s Head Office at Quartz House is uniquely located in the semi-rural environment of Pendeford, it also benefits from close links to not only the major motorway and rail networks but also Birmingham International Airport.  If you are considering moving out of London but worried about missing family and friends, just over an hour on the train and you will be in Euston station. Birmingham, with its nightlife and huge array of restaurants and shops, is only 20 minutes away.  As the office sits on the edge of the Staffordshire border there are several pretty villages close by e.g. Brewood, Codsall, Lichfield, Ironbridge and Bridgnorth.

So what about the office itself?  Quartz House was purchased in 2015 and completely refitted to reflect the attention to detail and high standards of the core business.  Space-planning and design was carried out by a London-based architect and incorporates all the features you would expect to find in a high-end modern business environment along with a few extra touches such as an in-house gymnasium and showers for those who like to work out or cycle through the countryside to work.
