Digital Marketing and External Relationships Manager

Wintech is a leading Façade Engineering Consultancy company that provides high level technical services to the construction industry in the specification, design and implementation of the external envelope of modern buildings. Working directly within and reporting to the Commercial office, Wintech now seeks a Digital Marketing and External Relationships Manager to take ownership of this important aspect of the business.


Salary: Competitive; including a relocation allowance if moving area.


Location: Wolverhampton


Job Purpose:

To develop relationships with external influences and our internal stakeholders, to create strong and innovative digital marketing strategies using the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. Create engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up to date on the latest marketing technologies and social media.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies.
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences.
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies.
  • Develop engaging online content including forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Contact and engage third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Drive traffic to company pages.
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.
  • Keep up to date with Government requirements for façade safety and construction to see how the company may benefit.
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information.

 

Essential Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing or an MBA.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar Marketing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Person Specification:

Ideally the Digital Marketing and External Relationships Manager will have some technical engineering experience and will be able to understand the broad aspect and benefits of Wintech’s work.

They will have relevant experience in Marketing, strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated with strong leadership skills. We are looking for a team/goal-oriented individual with strong attention to detail.

Candidates must have experience of SEO, Google AdWords, content management systems, Photoshop, InDesign, Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft Office.
