Job Purpose:

To self-manage projects and directly liaise with clients and other interested parties. To effectively meet the client’s expectations and actively contribute to the Company’s continued success.

Salary: Competitive; including a relocation allowance if moving area

Location: Wolverhampton, London & Edinburgh

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Attending client meetings
• Carrying out technical audits of façade subcontractor tenders
• Visiting site to monitor and advise the subcontractor
• Producing detailed technical reports
• Reviewing structural calculations
• Witnessing laboratory and on-site testing and carry out a final review
• Working closely with the in-house Project Manager to manage the Client’s expectations both pre and post site visit
• Liasing with commercial colleagues and the in-house Project Manager to establish further services the client may require
• Liasing with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing is completed in a timely manner
