Wintech have recently been appointed to develop a Façade Cleaning and Maintenance strategy for Moselle Gardens, Clarendon Road, London.
One of the recent instructions received, Moselle Gardens, is a high-end residential scheme. Wintech have been engaged to develop cleaning and maintenance strategies for the multiple buildings of Phases 3a and 3b.
The site consists of approximately 1800 homes and 100,000 sq ft of commercial space. St William are currently starting the production of Phase 3 which consists of 481 units across seven blocks.
