Wintech are pleased to be appointed Façade Consultants on the Pendleton High Rise refurbishment project collaborating alongside Pick Everard (Consultant Team Leader, Lead Design Consultant and Principal Designer), Quaysquare Consult Ltd (Construction Management) and the client PTOL.

Wintech organise site visit for University of Edinburgh students
Wintech’s Senior Facade Engineer and Edinburgh office lead, Pablo Ochoa, recently hosted a group of students from The University of Edinburgh’s engineering and MSc in Architectural Conservation courses, along with Dr. Dimitris Theodossopoulos.
Wintech have a large project-related façade design resource and produce effectively working façade designs for
many important worldwide projects, fully detailed down to the nuts and bolts.
