About the Graduate Programme

At Wintech you’ll get to work with and learn from some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry. You’ll be learning every day, from theory to building consultancy skills, being proactive and adapting quickly to different types of work.

Salary

We offer graduates a competitive starting salary of £23,000, with a guaranteed increase after one year to £25,000 and upon completion of the two year programme you will receive £28,000 plus a permanent contract.

What we need from you

We value an inquisitive nature, a resourceful mindset, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge. In addition, the ability to travel to our various locations across the UK during the duration of your placement. Still interested?

Eligibility

You can apply if you meet the following criteria:

• You will need to have obtained a 2:1 in a relevant degree, and have graduated by August 2023
• You must be a home (UK) student
• You must be available to start in Sept 2023
