62 Buckingham Gate, Selborne House
The exceptional prism-like structure of 62 Buckingham Gate, currently under construction, will benefit from a comprehensive package of services provided by Wintech.
The complex-geometry façade of this new building, situated in Victoria, London, is constructed of folded planes of triangular as well as quadrilateral glass unitised panels; giving the building its striking appearance.
This prominent 13-storey office block for Land Securities is planned for completion in the spring of 2013 and Wintech are involved throughout its development, having an active involvement in design audits, specification review, on-site surveys and contractor audits. The building will stand amongst other new dynamic developments currently undergoing construction in the region which will be mirrored in the highly reflective glass of Selborne House.
The design concept of this building was conceived by architects Pelli Clarke Pelli and Swanke Hayden & Connell with the main contractor being Sir Robert McAlpine. The façade is due on site in early 2012.
