Full Façade Consultancy services are currently being provided on this build-to-rent scheme with 249 homes designed specifically for families.

This project will be one of the tallest residential modular buildings in the UK once complete. Built using a central concrete core with perimeter steel pods, this innovative form of construction cuts down site installation time considerably and provides increased quality assurance in a factory controlled environment.

The façade predominantly utilises a mechanically fixed brick slip façade system, an integral glazed aluminium window system with lift and slide doors, external bolted balconies and limited areas of a white porcelain type cladding system.

This development will form a substantial new residential, cultural and business quarter on a plot that was formerly a railway structure.

The Residence is split into parcels; the Western parcel consists of 5 blocks with 190 units of private, shared ownership and affordable housing units. The 320-unit 5-block Eastern parcel will hold mainly private housing units and one low rise commercial block.

Wintech are providing consultancy, including specification and monitoring services to both parcels as well as design services to the Eastern parcel.

A palette of glazed brightly coloured tiles will give ever changing appearances dependent on the angle of view. The shot below is a view from Nine Elms Point.
