OAS Development Awards – Wintech Winners

Congratulations to the winners of the OAS Development Awards 2017 which included two Wintech projects; One New Bailey for the Best Deal Outside Central London and 33 Central which was recognised as City Deal of the Year.

The OAS (Office Agent Society) Development Awards is the only event in the industry awarded by agents and recognises excellence in office development, sustainability and transactions across the wider UK as well as London.
