Wintech host local MP Jane Stevenson

It was great to host local MP Jane Stevenson at Wintech’s Head Quarters in Wolverhampton, and to introduce her to façade engineering and the impact of the science, which plays a vital role in shaping the built environment.

The visit served as an excellent platform to discuss our ambitious goals, showcase how façade engineering contributes to a net zero future and talk about the local issues that our employees are passionate about. Further conversation was opened on Wintech’s involvement in encouraging education and raising awareness and necessity of the science of façade engineering to improve the energy efficiency of the built environment, whilst ensuring our buildings are robust and safe.

At Wintech, we firmly believe that collaboration between the public and private sectors is key to achieving not only our but the UK’s net-zero ambitions, and we are eager to work closely with stakeholders, including government, academia, and industry partners, to drive meaningful change and create a more sustainable future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jane Stevenson MP for her interest in façade engineering and look forward to collaborating with local and national government, to champion and support the UK’s net zero goals.
