Wintech Celebrates Chartered Status for Every Senior Design Engineer in MEP Team

We are thrilled to announce that Wintech’s MEP consultancy services team has had an exceptionally successful 12 months, going from strength to strength. Our MEP team has not only grown by 30%, but every Senior Design Engineer in the team now boasts Chartered status, with two more team members achieving Chartered Engineer recognition through CIBSE.

With a variety of projects such as Phase One of Dolphin Square in London to the James Cond Construction Skills College in Birmingham, the team are now engaged in a number of multi-discipline projects in collaboration with the broader scope of Wintech services showcasing our commitment to delivering a unified service offering.

Sarah Southgate, Director of MEP expressed, “As the landscape of planning and building control approvals undergoes swift evolution, catalysed by the Building Safety Act, the integration of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services with façade design and specialist sub-contractors has become paramount. These shifts necessitate a fundamental rethinking of our approach to design work, emphasising early-stage involvement in a more significant capacity. The team are committed to providing outstanding solutions across all our projects, supporting the company’s goal of being a single point of responsibility.”
