375 Kensington High St

375 Kensington High St is providing some of the most desirable residential properties in the capital city. Situated in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea, the development by St Edwards of the Berkeley Group will accommodate around 550 apartments and penthouses of the highest level of design and finest quality; forming the best in modern city living.

The multi-phase, high-spec development was the concept of architects Squire & Partners with the delivery of the project being carried out by Scott Brownrigg. Wintech are commissioned to provide a full range of facade consultancy services on this project; the emphasis being in creating value for St Edwards by improving quality, reducing cost and risk in all phases of the project from specification through to final project sign off.

One important feature of the work undertaken by Wintech included the design of the specification utilising a bespoke specification writing tool. This software ultimately provides the flexibility for the contractor to split the facade packages of work into individual contracts and issue concise performance specifications for each package. This tool can produce a variety of documents in a very short period of time once the base document with all relevant performance criteria has been designed. This offers an unmatched level of flexibility to the procurement process.

Some of the buildings that are materialising include Charles House, Wolfe House, Trinity House and Bridgeman House, each modern in design with traditional features and materials intertwined with new facade and cladding technologies. All these factors are encapsulated in the services provided by Wintech.
