The first high-rise to be built on City Road, London, is an Art Deco-style building. The 27-storey elliptical tower makes up part of the redevelopment of the 1930s Eagle House. At 266ft The Eagle is the first high-rise on City Road.
The building was converted from office use to residential units. The project by award-winning architects Farrells features a new stone façade with a bold vertical black and grey design, and strip windows with aluminium frames.
Wintech delivered Façade Consultancy services on The Eagle for the developers Mount Anvil.
